Open this in Safari to use DocketGenie

You're seeing a preview (from Messages, Mail or Files), and previews can't run apps. On iPhone: tap the Share button, then Open in Safari (or save to Files and open it from there in Safari). Then tap Share, Add to Home Screen so it opens like an app.
